I’m Tarheel born and bred even as I grew up in vibrant Music City USA. UNC brought me to this great state that’s become my home. Outdoor exploring is my lifeblood, mountains put my soul to rest, Counter Culture coffee is my daily addiction, and Will McLeane is my life partner in adventure (aka my husband). We’re currently loving growing some roots in Oak City and spending ample time playing with our black lab, Ellie.
My life mission statement is to create circumstances for individuals and organizations to realize their potential and have the resources and support to grow into it. I care about growing social enterprises, enhancing non-profits, promoting B Corps values, creating economic opportunity for vulnerable communities, cultivating collective impact and developing entrepreneurship ecosystems.
From working in development for an inner-city CDC in Memphis to running Student Programming for UNC-CH’s Minor in Entrepreneurship to serving as the Associate Director of the Traditioned Innovation Project, my life’s mission is always at the center. And my place at AOC is no different. Marketing strategy, branding, vision-casting, strategy development and digital engagement are a few of the passions keeping me busy at AOC.
John 10:10 – I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
