Second only to our mission (impacting 100 nonprofits in 10 years) is our culture. You probably hear about it a lot. The most innovative and successful companies of our time have figured out how to inspire their people through culture. This way, when the going gets tough (and it will), the people within a company stand by their leadership. They stay because they know an amazing culture is a choice made by the leadership. It’s not required, but it sure shows your team (and your clients) that you care about the person just as much as the work.
