Passage Home and the J.D. Lewis Center/BAGS Foundation, both organizations located in Southeast Raleigh, engaged Angel Oak Creative to develop, brand and execute a campaign that focused on breaking the cycle of poverty in Southeast Raleigh through a collaborative partnership. Enter “Building a Stronger Raleigh Together.” AOC created a five-month, three-event campaign that included 10 pieces of collateral, a campaign website, logistical management of more than 25 vendors and media coverage from TV, radio, newspaper, and magazine channels. Last but not least, we got to kick it with NBA stars TJ Warren, David West and PJ Tucker. No big deal. In the end, the brand and campaign events were so successful in their first year that “Stronger Raleigh” is likely to remain an annual Raleigh staple for years to come.
“I worked closely with Angel Oak Creative in support of the “Building a Stronger Raleigh Together” campaign. The AOC team, which consists of smart, strategic thinkers who are insightful to the needs of your brand and its key audiences, immediately embedded themselves as a make-it-happen partner, which added positive momentum to the project. I highly recommend AOC.”
Al Leach, Boardchair of Passage Home, President of MMI
“Through Angel Oak Creative’s visioning and creativity, they were able to create a new brand, pairing two organizations with a shared vision and bringing it to life. The result – Building a Stronger Raleigh Together. AOC is dedicated to our success and we appreciate their efforts.”
