The Discovery Session

 

This one may seem pretty self explanatory, and it is. We sit down with you to uncover everything there is to possibly know about your organization. Don’t worry, there is definitely a method to the madness, and we’ll guide you through the whole process.

 

More often than not, both the issues that you’re well aware of and the ones you didn’t even know you had come out in these sessions. Before someone can come up with a solution, they have to first get a grasp on all of the problems and the ripple effects of those problems. And that’s exactly what we dig up during our discovery sessions.

Vision Casting and Traction

This is where the magic happens. We’ve clicked, we’ve become part of your team and we’ve unearthed everything there is to know about your organization. Now it’s time for the strategy. Based on everything we’ve learned in the discovery session, we’ll build out your customized plan.

 

Whether you’ve hired us to completely manage your marketing efforts or simply to design your annual report, we’re going to provide strategic direction along with the execution. This proactive feedback can be anything from advising you on the best email marketing platform to go with to recommending the marketing tactics that will give you the most bang for your buck.

We relentlessly track the effectiveness of our work so we can keep you informed on what’s working, what’s not working and how close we are to reaching your goals. This data is crucial to knowing what efforts to invest time in and what efforts to scrap all together. We collect and organize all of our measurements in a monthly report but are willing to provide more frequent insight at your request.

 

Ultimately, we want to ensure that everything we’re doing is helping you move the needle, whether that is raising more funds or increasing your exposure in your community.
