I think it’s the same as with the business. I mean, that’s a challenge we have especially if you’re spread out in multiple locations. But, it’s regular communication. It’s a common vision, common mission and trying to make sure that you’re helping them understand what the mission is. And articulating that mission on a regular basis.
Those are the ones that are going to win. Those are the organizations that are going to catch your heart, not just your head. And so, you know, I know that’s from an executive director or from a small ministry. That’s hard, because, you know, you have to figure out – how do I spend? All I’ve got are limited resources, how do I do it? But that’s where I think you have to be creative. You have to reach out and figure out how can we, especially for significant donors, I think it’s important to have that relationship.
