HEALING TRANSITIONS 2021 ANNIVERSARY PUBLICATION
For 20 years, Healing Transitions has been a beacon of light for thousands of people battling addiction and homelessness. We recommended a capstone publication to celebrate this anniversary through storytelling, historical photography, news articles and community impact. We also designed the piece to “live on” as a tool for existing donor stewardship and potential donor cultivation. The end result: a 112-page “magazine” that captured the organization’s culture and mirrored the hope they offer our community.
